Data Analysis
Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot, including contact management, list segmentation, and data hygiene.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows, email campaigns, and dashboards.
- Monitor deliverability and ensure platform best practices are followed.
Content & Campaign Operations:
- Coordinate production timelines for blogs, reports, flyers, landing pages, surveys, webinars, and other assets.
- Manage handoffs between internal teams, designers, and external freelancers.
- Ensure all assets are QA’d, scheduled, and distributed properly.
Communications & Copy Support:
- Draft first-pass copy for emails, social posts, landing pages, surveys, and event communications.
- Coordinate approvals and maintain consistent messaging and brand standards.
