Job Description

The VP will build, manage and lead a direct sales division at Xplor Pay which includes Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Account Executives. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked with achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Importantly, as Xplor Pay is in a very high growth mode, the VP will need to heavily and consistently recruit to build and continue to expand their territory. The VP will drive the team to exceed the sales plan by utilizing Xplor Pay's systemic approach to activity management and accountability. They will optimize the team by maximizing the performance of current team members while simultaneously recruiting high-performing new team members. The VP will provide succinct, insightful reporting to management and accurately forecast future sales.
