About the Role:

• The Innovation & Adoption Manager drives successful adoption of strategic initiatives and new technologies.
• This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into effective change initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise change management initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess challenges and build alignment.
• Design stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience leading complex change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience with structured change management methodologies and project management frameworks.
