Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound consultative telesales to introduce brokerage services and generate qualified leads for the funding team.
- Complete detailed fact-finds on businesses, gather information, and discuss available funding options while adhering to FCA and GDPR regulations.
- Build and manage a personal sales pipeline through relationship building and maintaining accurate records of all business interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educated to GCSE standard or above, with a preferred background in finance, business, or telemarketing.
- Possess excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and excel in a target-driven environment.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen, team player attitude, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems like SalesLogix.
