Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in San Francisco Superior Court in probate, estate planning, conservatorships, and elder abuse matters.
• Manage a full caseload, from intake through case closure, ensuring efficient and empathetic service.
• Empower clients by providing clear information and navigating complex court systems to protect their homes and community.

Requirements:

• Active California State Bar membership and at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong time management, writing, and technology skills (Salesforce, Dropbox, Google Suite).
• Cultural humility and trauma-informed advocacy for low-income and vulnerable populations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $40.14-$47.84 ($83,500-$99,500 annual equivalent) based on experience.
