Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, validate, and process user provisioning requests through designated channels, ensuring accurate identifiers and documentation.
- Submit service records via Oracle Health eService and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Monitor request queues and escalate issues to leadership as appropriate.
Operations & Compliance:
- Follow and maintain documented SOPs, work instructions, and provisioning guidelines for supported applications.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and access management policies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with User Role Assignment Coordinators and system administrators to resolve access issues.
- Provide timely, professional customer service and follow up on incomplete requests.
- Maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
