Claims Operations Associate

In this role, you will play a critical role in driving Nirvana’s world class claims organization by helping insureds and agents report new losses and provide updates on claims previously reported directly to Nirvana or our third party administrator. You will accept inbound calls and/or emails from agents, brokers and insureds reporting new losses, communicate effectively while entering data accurately into our claims management system, and provide high level claim insights for losses previously reported.

You will also handle special projects or additional duties assigned related to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization. The position is fully remote, but a private working space that is free from distractions and noise is required.
