- Own ShareGate's acquisition engine by developing and executing strategies across paid media, AI-powered search (SEO and AEO), integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
- Own acquisition performance by forecasting pipeline, measuring funnel performance, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.

- Lead a team of high-performing marketers focused on Paid Acquisition and SEO while partnering daily with Content, Brand & Identity, Web, Customer Marketing, PR, GTM Development, Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience.
- Proven success building and scaling acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, AEO, integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams.
