About This Role:
- Sit at the intersection of analytics, technology, and collections domain expertise.
- Translate consumer and portfolio signals into sophisticated, tech-enabled collection strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Own strategy end-to-end, from opportunity identification through ongoing optimization.
- Design multi-channel treatments across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service.
- Partner with Data Science, Client Management, Product, Legal, and Compliance to move initiatives to production.
Who You Are:
- Bring 8+ years in consumer finance or lending, including 5+ years in collections strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of collection levers and regulatory frameworks.
