Talent Acquisition Business Partner Sourcer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide sourcing support for engineering positions, from candidate identification to relationship management.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent solutions.
• Use Boolean search and market intelligence to attract passive external talent.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, or Master's and 3 years, or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years.
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recruitment experience within the aerospace and defense industry.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access.

• Competitive base salary range of $85,600 to $128,400 per year.
