Junior Conversion Sales Agent (Thai-speaking)

Engage with Thai-speaking customers who have made their first deposit and convert them into active traders. This is a new role where you will play a key part in fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement. Our ideal candidate is fluent in both Thai and English and has experience in the Forex/Fintech or iGaming industries. The role involves client calls (90% of the time), as well as handling emails, client meetings, working with CRM systems, and collaborating with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies. Initiate contact with new leads via phone. Build strong relationships with potential clients to convert them into active traders. Understand client needs and guide them through their account. Meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM tools. Deliver exceptional financial and product knowledge. Work closely with retention teams to align conversion strategies.
