Engage with Spanish-speaking customers who have made their first deposit and convert them into active traders. Play a key part in fostering strong relationships and driving customer engagement, involving client calls (90% of the time), handling emails, client meetings and working with CRM systems. Collaborate with the retention team to optimize engagement strategies in this full-time remote position.
