About the Role:
- Work hand in hand with the CEO, Co-founders and Executive Team to align and guide key initiatives.
- Act as a representative of the CEO in communications and actions with board members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage specific programs within corporate objectives, including key metric reporting and cross-functional efforts.
- Drive corporate communication cadence and lead monthly extended leadership team Ops Review.
- Facilitate CEO outreach to employees and drive cross-functional preparation for Board meetings.
Requirements:
- Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills with executive-level presentation delivery.
- Proven track record of coordinating multiple cross-departmental efforts and streamlining processes.
- Proactive approach to spotting issues and solving problems in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
