In this dynamic role, you will take charge of pipeline generation for our AMER and APAC ADR teams, closely collaborating with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Customer Success. You will use your superpower in coaching to build and empower a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development. This role not only demands strong leadership and management skills but also a passion for inspiring and uplifting your team to achieve their full potential. Lead and develop a high-performing Account Development team, focusing on attracting, onboarding, and coaching team members to excel in their roles and eventually promote into future GTM roles. Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership on all sales activities, strategies, and forecasting, leveraging data-led insights to drive results. Analyze pipeline management and team productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable recommendations that lead to pipeline growth Champion a culture of continuous feedback and growth, building a team environment that encourages innovation and celebrates achievements.
