Streamline campaigns, sales ops, and CRM workflows for a US-based client. Create and manage custom fields, campaign lists, and workflows in Salesforce to support efficient campaign operations. Find and enrich lead data, ensuring clean, segmented, and targeted outreach. Build and execute email campaigns in Marketo, connecting them seamlessly to Salesforce. Monitor performance and ensure smooth data sync between Salesforce and Marketo. Set up follow-up and re-engagement campaigns to maximize outreach potential. Troubleshoot and resolve data sync or quality issues between systems. Automate data reconciliation processes and document best practices. Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and improve team efficiency. Build reports in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel to deliver actionable insights. Analyze data and recommend scalable solutions to improve sales operations.
