Drive the teamβs development and foster a collaborative and motivating environment to enhance team effectiveness and morale. Ensure team members are aligned with overall sales objectives and corporate values. Drive the achievement of individual and team sales targets. Identify and implement growth strategies aimed at expanding the client base in Germany, entering new markets, and diversifying revenue streams. Identify and assess new market opportunities, contributing to long-term business expansion. Lead go-to-market strategies for new products/ regions/client segments, ensuring they are executed efficiently and aligned with company objectives. Responsible for analysing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to guide data-driven decisions, optimize strategies, and identify areas for improvement to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-departmental stakeholders to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. Act as a liaison to ensure sales initiatives support organizational growth and reflect brand positioning. Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-value clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Secure large accounts and long-term partnerships, acting as the executive contact to reinforce trust, loyalty, and ongoing engagement. Representing Zodia at industry conferences and events to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
