Job Description

As an HR Manager (FTC), you will lead a globally distributed team, with a focus on supporting our product organisation. You’ll oversee core HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and act as a key partner on strategic people initiatives. This role combines team leadership, employee relations expertise, and a focus on delivering an exceptional people experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll drive HR projects that enhance engagement, onboarding, and overall employee experience. Lead policy development and ensure compliance with employment law and best practices. Oversee HR systems improvements and the evolution of our internal platforms. Deliver targeted workshops to upskill managers in performance, ER, and talent development. Provide expert guidance on HR policies, legislation, and complex employee relations matters. Help facilitate talent management and succession planning initiatives. Conduct HR audits, investigations, and support the continuous improvement of our people practices.
