About The Role:
- Founding Recruiter to build and run talent engine, one of first ten hires.
- Own hiring end-to-end from sourcing to closing, with direct access to founders.
What You'll Do:
- Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including robotics and software engineers.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and research networks.
- Manage hiring tech stack, track KPIs, and support HR operations.
