Lead GTM planning and annual target-setting, aligning team quotas, compensation and account allocations with company objectives. You will also drive a rhythm of the business operating cadence, delivering analytics and reporting for pipeline health. You will be responsible for owning Wrapbookβs Salesforce environment and GTM and Client Ops tech stack while defining KPIs, operational benchmarks, and adoption frameworks for sales execution and CS workflows. Drive alignment with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to support product launches.
