Technical Sales: Sale and marketing of our IT products in the industrial B2B sector. Hands-on Sales: Responsibility for the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract conclusion, as well as customer support including product presentations and participation in trade fairs. Business Development: Market observation and identification of new sales opportunities, as well as continuous acquisition of new customers. Customer Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with enterprise customers, including cross- and upselling activities. Cross-functional collaboration: Close cooperation with the marketing and professional services teams to optimize the customer journey. Optimization & Performance: Development and optimization of efficient sales processes and structures. Performance tracking and reporting of sales activities to the management. Development Perspective: Development and expansion, as well as management of your own sales team.
