Job Description
This unique role sits at the critical intersection of sales and marketing, offering a chance to not only generate sales pipeline but also to directly influence the strategies that create it. As a Business Development & Growth Specialist, you will drive pipeline growth through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement. You will utilize marketing tech stack, including 6sense, to identify in-market accounts and improve targeted campaign strategies.
Analyze the performance of lead generation channels to identify whatβs working and where opportunities for improvement lie and make updates. You will also act as a key feedback loop between sales and marketing, providing strategic insights on lead quality and market trends. Proactively test and refine outreach messaging and tactics to improve conversion rates.
