Job Description

As part of the Customer Outcomes team, you will work with our customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction. You will help customers grow their business on the ServiceNow platform by demonstrating the value of their investment. As the technical expert, you will configure IT Service Management Service Delivery using ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration over customization. Your role involves supporting IT process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis, while advising customers on leveraging ServiceNow's standard capabilities. You will lead customer design workshops, guide documentation completion, and draft technically focused user stories. Moreover, you will develop integration components, portal components, and prepare customer-facing deliverables, ensuring the quality of the configured solution. Additionally, you'll play a key role in continuous improvement practices, sales support, and training, contributing to both delivery and engagement materials. Up to 50% annual travel is required based on customer needs and internal meetings.
