Responsibilities:
- Grow one or more engineering teams focused on critical areas of our virtual care platform.
- Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and progress.
- Improve engineering processes, quality, and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven engineering leadership at scale – 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in people leadership.
- Strategic and systems-level thinker – You're comfortable zooming out to align technical strategy with product and business goals.
- Team builder and culture shaper – You've hired, developed, and retained strong talent.
