Senior Recruiter

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us during a period of scaling to help grow our team! You’ll own the scaling of our high-impact teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service with potential stretch into Product and Design, delivering amazing hiring experiences and supporting Leonardo’s B2B and B2C growth as a global GenAI leader. You’ll own the full-cycle hiring process across multiple commercial roles from briefing to offer. You will build trusted relationships with hiring managers, create sourcing plans, and champion a consistently excellent candidate experience. You will also leverage data and talent intelligence, proactively map markets, and drive process improvements and hiring excellence.
