What You'll Do:
- Own Charta's campus and early-career recruiting across interns and new grads.
- Build target-school strategies and proactively identify exceptional students through sourcing, referrals, and campus networks.
- Track which schools, events, and sourcing channels produce strong hires and continuously improve campus strategy.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong campus, university, early-career, or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally for technical talent.
- Excellent talent judgment and the ability to recognize potential beyond school name or resume polish.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a hypergrowth environment; ATS experience required, Ashby a plus.
