Role Overview:
- Work directly with customers to resolve post-print issues and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Provide immediate support over live communication channels, troubleshooting design files and creating replacement orders.
- Serve as a critical cross-departmental link for quality and replacement order needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls, emails, and chats, handling customer concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues and edit as needed.
- Record detailed technical data in Salesforce to track trends and recurring issues.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; Lightroom is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adjust tone for live interactions.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite, and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
