Sales Operations Analyst

The Sales Operations Analyst will provide comprehensive support and assistance to Sales Teams. They will support the Salesforce Administrator with Salesforce-related projects and manage Sales Operations internal service requests. They will develop, prepare, and manage reporting and dashboards within the CRM and Looker for the sales organization, offering support by resolving issues related to quotes and e-signature tools. The Sales Operations Analyst will administer and maintain BI Tool reporting functionalities, organize and curate sales collateral, ensure adherence to sales processes, and monitor business performance indicators. They will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other areas to enhance sales team performance, maintain data integrity within the CRM, conduct closed deal reviews, and assist in implementing process improvements. All business will be conducted in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures.
