Job Description
Xplor is hiring a Sales Enablement Lead to level up how we sell—through better tools, tighter training, and sharper alignment across the business. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes operator keeping our go-to-market engine moving: onboarding new reps, refining our sales playbook, pulling key insights from Gong, and making sure our team knows what to say, how to say it, and when.
You’ll partner closely with our Sales Managers to train AEs and SDRs on our Mariana Tek team, build enablement programs that scale, and connect the dots between product, marketing, and sales. You’ll also own the upkeep of our internal sales enablement content in Guru, help reps navigate product changes, and make sure what we’re saying in the field reflects where we’re going as a company.
This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and high impact.
This role may be considered for a discretionary bonus.
