Job Description

This individual will be responsible for handling payroll preparation and administration tasks for multiple countries/regions as assigned. This individual will work closely with members of the Human Resources and Finance/Accounting teams. The ideal candidate is an organized, experienced professional who understands the unique challenges involved in processing payroll for multiple countries with varying pay schedules and deadlines. Provides exemplary customer service to employees through effective and proactive interaction and appropriate escalation of issues to Human Resources leadership. Administers and processes payroll for employees across multiple countries/regions, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. Collaborates with other internal stakeholders across HR and accounting teams to gather, track, and validate payroll data.
