The Account Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of client accounts. The Account Director ensures overall satisfaction of high-value clients and may also be involved in new business development. Other responsibilities include contributing to RFP responses, ensuring client payments, participating in project meetings, conducting client satisfaction follow-ups, staying informed of industry trends, and providing high-level updates on projects.
