Job Description
The Business Development Representative will help power the future of resilient supply chains. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of Resilinc’s growth strategy, engaging inbound leads and generating outbound interest with prospective customers. You’ll connect supply chain and procurement leaders with our team of experts and show how Resilinc’s cutting-edge platform delivers real-time risk intelligence, predicts disruptions before they hit, and drives autonomous compliance.
Inbound Engagement (40%): Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, LinkedIn, and digital ads. Facilitate discovery calls to understand business challenges around supply chain risk, compliance, and operational disruptions. Book qualified meetings for AE team. Use tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track engagement and nurture warm prospects.
Outbound Prospecting (60%): Research and reach out to mid-to-senior level procurement, supply chain, and risk leaders at enterprise accounts. Craft compelling outreach sequences that map Resilinc’s platform to customer-specific pain points. Leverage industry news and disruption events to drive urgency. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on targeted campaigns by vertical (Pharma, Automotive, High-Tech).
