Role Overview:
- Take over day-to-day accounting for a growing US business.
- Handle billing, payroll, card reconciliation, and bookkeeping in NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bill customers and follow up on payments.
- Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Reconcile high-volume card transactions (peak: Oct-Dec).
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years accounting/bookkeeping experience with NetSuite.
- Experience with AR, payroll, and card reconciliation.
- Work during US Central Time hours; strong remote collaboration skills.
