Lead a squad of Developers and Data Engineer to maintain and enhance digital products for a global manufacturing client.
Maintain and optimize agile ceremonies like retrospectives and daily stand-ups to ensure predictable code delivery.
Track and report on key health indicators including squad velocity, support performance, and SLA compliance.

Client Relationship & Business Alignment:

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, leveraging a 20-year partnership history.
Negotiate and prioritize the backlog alongside client business representatives to balance long-term strategy with immediate needs.
Work closely with CI&T Account Directors to identify new opportunities and scale the squad across regional business units.

People Management & Technical Culture:

Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on psychological safety, continuous learning, and autonomy.
Conduct 1-on-1 feedback sessions, performance evaluations, and career development plans for squad members.
Ensure the team follows high technical standards including Lean principles, CI/CD automation, and clean code architectures.
