Support Helpdesk Business Specialist

About the Role:

• This role supports a property management client by handling business operations, helpdesk requests, and analysis.
• You'll ensure operational guidelines are met while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Approve pricing, review applicant files, sign leases, and override screening when needed.
• Analyze ledger corrections, manage deposit refunds, and partner with key business owners.
• Use tools like Entrata, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office to complete requests accurately.

• Strong written and oral communication skills, plus experience building relationships across teams.
• 1-3 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
