Remote Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold needs-based conversations with clients by phone and Zoom to assess their requirements.
• Present and compare coverage options from over 60 carriers to help clients make informed decisions.
• Submit applications and follow up through the approval process while meeting daily activity goals.

Compensation:

• Work as a 1099 independent contractor earning 100% commission with no cap.
• Average earnings of $800-$1,200 per policy; full-time agents earn $100,000 to $300,000+ in year one.
• Get paid daily or weekly, plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Must live in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Hold a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

Training:

• Receive full onboarding, a mentor, and ongoing coaching.
• Get support throughout the licensing process if needed.
