Entry Level Remote Sales Producer

Role Overview:

• Own the client relationship from first interaction to final signed agreement.
• Identify potential clients and guide them through finding the right insurance solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video calls.
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospective clients.
• Manage sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools for follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the US and hold a valid Life and Health Insurance license.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly earning potential targets.

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure with weekly earning potential of $500 to $3,000 USD.
• Success directly tied to performance and deal closures.
