About the Role:

  • Seeking a Solutions Engineer to architect and scale technical integrations for mortgage lending partners.
  • Sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, designing integration solutions and ensuring partners leverage our API infra.
  • Work with enterprise partners from technical discovery through integration as a trusted technical advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions, design scalable API and webhook architectures, and document solution designs.
  • Guide partners through REST API, webhook, authentication, and SSO flows; support sandbox testing and production readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to expand API usage, improve partner workflows, and contribute to improved documentation and integration playbooks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
  • Strong fluency with APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks) and authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM).
  • Experience partnering with enterprise engineering teams to implement scalable integrations and excellent communication skills.
