Your Role:

  • Serve as Alpaca's product and technical expert for enterprise partners across the Americas.
  • Bridge technical and business conversations with strong API knowledge and customer-facing support.

What you will do:

  • Own technical sales engagements end-to-end: discovery calls, solution validation, RFPs, and demos.
  • Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding.
  • Translate customer and regulatory requirements into specs for global engineering teams.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years supporting enterprise/B2B customers in sales or solutions engineering.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows.
