Senior Engagement Manager

Role Overview:

• Lead design, positioning, and closing of outcome-oriented professional services engagements.

• Develop custom-scoped SOWs and staffing plans for complex implementations.
• Manage project- and account-level escalations to ensure rapid resolution.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud transformation.
