• Continuously test new messaging, channels, and tools to improve performance.

Client Partnership:

• Act as the primary marketing contact, ensuring Solera's resources meet client needs.
• Understand client culture to tailor strategies while balancing scale and customization.
• Manage timelines, expectations, and roadblocks to keep campaigns on track.

Data & Optimization:

• Use data to uncover insights and improve engagement strategies.
• Deliver campaign reports with clear takeaways and actionable recommendations.
• Work with BI team to create dashboards and communicate performance metrics.
