About You:
- 3+ years in member engagement or patient outreach at a virtual care or digital health company.
- Demonstrated success driving metrics like adherence rates, program completion, and no-show reduction.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach and CRM platforms.
The Role:
- Own member intake, panel adherence, and last-minute fill as the first dedicated engagement hire.
- Deploy personalized outreach via phone, SMS, voice notes, and direct mail.
- Partner with care managers and clinicians to keep patient schedules full and recovery on track.
What You'll Build:
- Track metrics and surface insights to improve outreach protocols.
- Document scripts, templates, and SOPs to train future team members.
- Establish yourself as the internal expert on member communication for a cardiac population.
