Job Description
As a Senior Business Process Analyst at Omada Health, you’ll identify, analyze, and optimize cross-functional workflows that power our customer operations. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Commercial Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Sales to streamline how we serve our members and clients while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational agility.
Key responsibilities include process design and optimization, measurement and insight analytics, implementation and change leadership, and governance and compliance to clinical standards. Proficiency in process mapping is required. The individual must be system-oriented, data-driven, collaborative, and change-ready.
