Head of Virality & Customer Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Build growth engines: referral loops, viral features, educational & habit-forming feature sets and loyalty mechanisms.
• Get things done: leverage AI to iterate fast, experiment and deliver results.
• Ship at scale: oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, dependency management and stakeholder communication across teams.

Requirements:

• Documented track record of building growth & viral loops products at scale.
• Minimum 3 years of direct leadership experience with a mid-size organizational structure (15-20+ people).
• Strong product mindset and ability to build products end-to-end, from concept to implementation.
