Role:

  • Onboard clients and ensure they adopt the FinQuery application.
  • Walk clients through the onboarding process, ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for information between the client and company.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with department standards in accordance with SOC regulations.
  • Support the development of business cases with the customer team.
  • Use Salesforce and Milestones to track project milestones and client interactions.
