Role:
- Onboard clients and ensure they adopt the FinQuery application.
- Walk clients through the onboarding process, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Serve as the main point of contact for information between the client and company.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with department standards in accordance with SOC regulations.
- Support the development of business cases with the customer team.
- Use Salesforce and Milestones to track project milestones and client interactions.
