Senior Manager, Clinical Quality & Performance

HCP Operations & Workforce Management: Lead the end-to-end management of the HCP contractor network. Ensure ongoing clinical, regulatory, and contractual compliance across all HCP activities. Partner with Medical Directors to monitor HCP performance and support quality improvement.

Clinical Performance, Quality & Conversion: Own HCP performance outputs, including clinical quality and visit conversion. Develop clear reporting on HCP performance and translate data into recommendations. Identify performance variability and implement interventions.

Remuneration, Billing & Payments: Evaluate and evolve HCP remuneration models to align incentives. Lead improvements to HCP billing and payment processes to ensure accuracy and scalability.

Clinical AI & Platform Enablement: Own HCP-facing AI and automation initiatives in partnership with Product teams. Prioritize AI-enabled opportunities that improve practitioner efficiency.
