Inside Sales Representative

This Inside Sales Representative role is pivotal in driving sales and supporting Quad Lock's B2B customers. The role manages inbound B2B enquiries, provides pre and post-sales customer support to retail customers, and assists with order support. In this role, you'll work closely with our internal sales team and external field sales representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth of our independent retail network. This role also provides support for Commercial and Fleet customer orders and enquiries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience and assisting with account management where necessary.
