Job Description
End-to-End Recruitment:
-Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles.
-Manage multiple requisitions ensuring timely and quality hiring delivery.
-Conduct screening, behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and values.
Sourcing & Talent Pipelining:
-Apply advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, social hiring, referrals, events, and passive talent mapping.
-Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and future skill demands in the Romanian market.
-Provide market insights around talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
-Ensure clear and consistent communication on hiring progress.
-Deliver a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
