Revenue Operations Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Revenue Operations Analyst to help standardize, scale and improve how new business teams are managed. This includes partnering with Finance on forecasting and recruiting on hiring targets, focusing the Sales organization on the appropriate strategic initiatives to hit goals while optimizing economics for the business, and setting aggressive but achievable goals at the team and individual level. You’ll support quarterly goal-setting processes by providing data-driven recommendations that align with business targets, analyze trends in sales performance and pipeline to identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with sales leadership on strategic initiatives, maintain and improve capacity models, execute cross-functional projects, and assist in the development of reporting and dashboards that improve visibility into performance.
