Job Description
Answer a high volume of inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service via telephone. Responsible for front office patient coordination, including appointment scheduling and transport coordination. Communicate effectively with patients, clients, team members, and leadership, and accurately input data into Carenet and EMR databases. This role also involves answering inquiries from patients and verifying patient insurance information. Carenet Health has been improving healthcare experiences for over 30 years.
