Job Description
As Ambient continues to expand, we’re looking for someone to support our companies in the Midwest region and also provide support to our Corporate roles. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our rapid growth for our subsidiaries in the area (AirTech, Direct Air, Glacier, JAACO). Corporate roles range from Admin to IT to Finance positions.
You will report to the National Manager of Recruiting but collaborate closely with the local HR team and business leaders to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing and managing reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to be a strategic Talent partner to leadership while optimizing recruiting processes as a part of a collaborative, nation-wide Talent team!
Lead full cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles from Sales, Aftermarket, Finance and IT. Partner with hiring managers, and local leadership, to define roles, align on process, and make strong, data-supported hiring decisions. Conduct thorough resume and application reviews, performing initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit with the company's core values.
